SCOME's Research Conference is back for another year running!
This year, SCOME will be releasing the 2021 edition of Minima Medica - a scientific journal published by MMSA containing various papers written by medical students at the University.
SCORA will also be releasing their newest edition of the Materna magazine, forming part of their maternal health campaign. The articles will give you a better idea of what maternal health is and different aspects of it, including mental health in the form of postpartum depression and how mothers have been affected through the COVID-19 pandemic.
A host of experienced researchers will also be giving a talk about the various research opportunities one can embark on as a medical student and will also go over their own journeys in research.
Finally, a brief talk about the intercalated year will be given by a student who has completed the year - something not to be missed for anyone wishing to pursue this research-based year in the course.
