Call for Nominations for the Executive Board Term 2012 – 2013

The MMSA Executive Board is now receiving nominations for next term’s Executive Board.

The EB positions available are listed here. A short description (written by the EB member currently hold the post)

about what the post entails has been included as a PDF attachment in this post. Detailed information on each respective role can also be found in the bylaws Section 7 (click here) and also by emailing the current member holding the post of interest (contact emails can be found on the website) for more information.

Applications are open as from Wednesday 15th March 2012 up till Wednesday 21st March 2012 at 12pm. No late applications will be accepted.

Please find attached the nomination form, which can be handed in to any EB member who will then give it to me. Should you wish to give it directly to me, my mobile number is 99888478.

Applicants may give a presentation of their candidature during the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday the 21st, however this is elective.

The elections will be held 5 working days later on Wednesday 28th March 2012 (Further details coming soon)
