Voting shall take place on the 28th of March from 9am till 4pm. After voting the votes shall be counted and the new EB for term 2012-2013 shall be announced.

Location: Voting Shall be held both at the;

Anatomy Department for 1st and 2nd Years

MMSA office at Mater Dei for 3rd, 4th and 5th Years

You will not be allowed to vote else where!


Students are reminded that they need to have a form of identification on them, this may be an ID card or the UoM Library Card or Mater Dei Hospital card.

I remind you to read section 5 of the bylaws which describes the regulations of MMSA Elections. I shall outline some important issues.

Bylaw 5.3 Voters shall vote for only one candidate per post being contested. Ambiguous votes or votes with anything written other than crosses (x) or ticks shall be termed invalid.
