With Christmas approaching, SCOPH and SCORP have two volunteering opportunities for you to spread some happiness to those who need it, especially at this time.

Volunteering with Refugee Children | Monday 16th December - 15:30-17:30 - Marsa

The activity, being organized in collaboration with the Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Unit, will involve doing Christmas activities with the children and handing out Christmas presents. All participants will be awarded with a certificate signed by Dr. Tanya Melillo, a consultant in Public Health Medicine. Those interested, kindly apply here

Christmas Decoration-Making at Mount Carmel Hospital | Wednesday 18th December - 15:00-18:00

The activity will involve making cute Christmas decorations with the patients, together with nurses and psychiatrists. All participants will be awarded with a certificate signed by the presidents of the Maltese Association of Psychiatry, Dr. Nigel Camilleri, and the Maltese Association of Psychiatric Trainees, Dr. Fabrizia Cassar.
