Dear All,
SCOME is once again collaborating with the Department of Linguistics, to organise a set of Maltese Sign Language Courses called ‘Breaking the Silence’ for Medical Students !

These will give insight on how to communicate with persons with hearing and/or speech impairment and will be of great importance for your future career as holistic professionals. The course is beginner level and will consist of 14 sessions of one hour each, throughout the semester. Regular attendance and an examination at the end are required, since the certification will be recorded on your Uni transcript !
