Together with the PR Office, SCOPET is proud to present another capacity building opportunity: a 4-part video editing course!
Limited spots are available! Participants will be chosen based on their application form!
The course will be held once weekly, starting April 1st. Each of the four sessions will be two hours long, kicking off at 17:15. The 4 sessions will be held on:
- 1st April
- 9th April
- 15th April
- 22nd April
We’ll be using DaVinci Resolve as an editing software (which is free to download) and some stock footage will be sent prior to course commencement, which will be used as a common practical basis throughout.
Delivering the course will be the highly experienced videographer, editor and producer James Caselli! The course will aim to introduce participants to the fundamentals of video editing as well as provide participants with the opportunity to edit footage for themselves with live feedback & assistance from the trainer. By the end of the course, participants will have the necessary skills to continue to individually hone in on video editing and so express themselves creatively and/or professionally through the ever-growing medium.
The deadline for registration is Tuesday, 23rd March at 23:59 CET
Certificates of participation will be sent via email after the course once both the pre-evaluation form (part of the registration form) and the post-evaluation form (will be sent on course completion) are filled in!
