Summer is finally here, which means it's time for the launch of SCOPH's Beat The Burn summer campaign! ☀️ 

This campaign is centred around raising awareness about the dangers of excessive sun exposure and how best to stay protected. 

To spread awareness, we'll be having a series of peer-education sessions as well as outreaching events on various beaches around our sunny islands in collaboration with MTA throughout the Summer! 

This workshop will include an introductory talk, as well as a pre-recorded talk from Dr. Michael Boffa, a Consultant Dermatologist and Senior lecturer of Dermatology, as well as Chairman of the Department of Dermatology and Venereology. This workshop is essential in preparing students for Beat the Burn peer education and beach outreach sessions!
