MMSA - Leisure is proud to kickstart the new term with a camping trip!

𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐋𝐘𝐈𝐍𝐆:

Please note that in order to abide to the COVID-19 health guidelines, we will be accepting a limited number of students on a first come first serve basis.

Each bubble is asked to come up with a bubble/team name so that we can then group you in your respective campsites.

Once you form your groups, each participant needs to fill in the following registration form:

𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐈𝐓 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊:

Each group of people must consist of 2-6 people. You must stick to your bubbles throughout the span of the event. Each tent can include as many people as you like (e.g. 2 camps of 3 pax each) however the group, as mentioned, must stick together during every activity on site.

Everyone can then meet in our common & chill out areas during the evening where we can eat, chat & have a drink or two in a safe and socially-distanced environment

𝐒𝐀𝐅𝐄𝐓𝐘:

Every camper is also obliged to fill in a waiver of liability which will be forwarded to the attendees in due course. This means that every member is responsible for his/her own actions.

𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐄:

The price for the 3 days is 𝟒𝟎 𝐄𝐔𝐑𝐎𝐒 and this includes;

•3 days of activities (scavenger hunts, ice breakers, boozy bingo etc..)

•5 meals - 2 breakfasts, a BBQ Night & Pasta Night + Lunch

•Free flowing water

•Utilities - each plot has a water & electricity supply, toilets and showers

•Kitchen facilities

•2 common/chill-out areas

An added cost (OPTIONAL) may apply for those who opt for kayaking. The schedule will be forwarded to the chosen applicants in due time.

Please note that all alcohol to be consumed in this event must be purchased from MMSA. Chosen applicants will be contacted to order their alcohol & spirits, which we will be providing at very cheap prices! 

The Leisure team will distribute drinks orders (cold & refrigerated) in the evening.
