Hey everyone! 

Our coordinators are the heart and soul of our organisation, and help bring so many amazing initiatives to life throughout the term! Through working together with the shared goal of enhancing our organisation to new heights, it is crucial that we invest in our hardworking team of coordinators and assistants. Therefore, the VPi Office is thrilled to announce another edition of our annual Coordinators’ Gathering! 

This event contains many interesting sessions and workshops regarding the basic tasks of being a coordinator (such as how to organise an MMSA event and fill out Event and Feedback Reports afterwards) and other useful sessions on work-life balance, financial management, conflict resolution, etc.

Coordinators’ Gathering will also be an opportunity to update yourself on MMSA’s latest plans for this term, obtain important information about how to apply for international opportunities with IFMSA and EMSA, give us feedback on MMSA's past and future initiatives, and get to know each other and the Board of Directors better!

Apply now by filling in this short Google form so we know how many people are attending due to coffee and drinks. We will be kindly asking for €2 to cover the costs of the coffee breaks and venue for the whole day.

This event is mainly targeting MMSA members who are either currently occupying assistant and coordinator roles in our various teams or those interested in applying for these roles in the future!
