MMSA's Public Health held the second chapter of our brand new project: Boost Your Own Body! last Saturday 21st February at The WareHouse

The participants were treated to a free session of boxercise - which combined circuit training and boxing to form a killer workout.

Despite the muscle ache that followed, all 20 participants enjoyed breaking a sweat and we look forward to the next chapter of BYOB!
