Between the 22nd and the 24th of September, the Standing Committee on Peer Education & Training within the MMSA, organised the Training New Trainers Workshop. 14 participants attended this IFMSA-Certified Workshop in order to obtain skills which are an integral part of Training.

The weekend consisted of intensive training sessions during which the participants could acquire skills and put them into practice. The skills which were stressed upon mostly included Public Speaking, Presentation Skills, Improvisation and Facilitation. The element of Team Building was also given considerable importance through various activities as we believe that being a team player is key in Training.

We wish the best of luck to our newly certified trainers and we encourage them to be of contribution to both the MMSA and the IFMSA.
