We are pleased to announce the 3rd edition of MMSA's Academic and Personal Development Fund (APDF)!
The APDF is a subsidy offered by MMSA aimed at covering part of the expenditure related to initiatives that medical students may choose to undertake to enhance their academic and personal development. As fellow students, we understand that furthering our education may sometimes come with a substantial financial burden, which is why MMSA has assigned €5000 to assist our members.
Initiatives covered by this fund include:
- Local and international academic conferences
- Workshops
- Seminars
- Local and international training sessions organised by our umbrella organisations
- Summer schools
- Medical electives abroad
N.B. IFMSA exchanges, IFMSA General Assemblies, EMSA meetings and initiatives funded by the Erasmus+ programme are not eligible for the APDF. The APDF can only cover registration fees, and accommodation and travel costs incurred cannot be covered.
