The SCOPH Goes Local team continued last Friday with health checks at the Malta Gaming Authority Health and Wellbeing Day, peer ed sessions on healthy lifestyles and children’s health amongst other topics to the employees.
A yoga class was also organised by the SCOPH team and the Richmond Foundation were also present with a talk on mental health.
This entire wellbeing day format is a taster of what is to come in a new project being released by the SCOPH team in the coming months.
